Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Professional use only
AntiBiom is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and stewardship teams. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you will use it for professional clinical reference in accordance with your licence, employer policies, and applicable law in Saudi Arabia.
No medical advice warranty
Content in AntiBiom is provided for clinical decision support and education. It does not create a physician–patient relationship and does not constitute medical advice for any individual patient. The treating clinician remains fully responsible for diagnosis, prescribing, monitoring, and documentation.
Demonstration and illustrative data
Hospital pathways, formulary extracts, and antibiogram displays in this build may include demonstration or illustrative content. Such data must not be used as the sole basis for real-world prescribing. Always confirm against your current hospital formulary, approved ASP documents, and the latest local antibiogram.
Acceptable use — no improper PHI storage
You must not enter, upload, or store patient identifiers or protected health information (PHI) in AntiBiom, including in AI chat or free-text fields. Do not attempt to misuse the service to host medical records, export identifiable patient lists, or circumvent hospital information security controls.
Demo accounts and guest sessions
Demo accounts and “Continue as Guest” sessions are provided for evaluation and App Store review. They may be local or time-limited demonstration sessions and can be reset without notice. Do not rely on demo sessions for operational clinical workflows.
AI and rule-engine outputs
Where AI features are enabled, they are designed to explain and navigate hospital-grounded content. Therapy ranking and prescribing responsibility remain with clinical systems and the treating clinician (Rule Engine / ASP tables where implemented). Verify every recommendation before acting.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, AntiBiom and its operators are not liable for clinical decisions, prescribing outcomes, delays, data loss in demonstration environments, or reliance on illustrative antibiogram or pathway content. Use of the service is at your professional risk and subject to your institutional governance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia shall have authority over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or professional regulations that may apply.
